How much does a FLEX solution cost?

Cost depends on what you require, what you already have and what outcomes you want. We're like a high-end architect quoting for an extension to be built to your home, we can't simply give a price over the phone because we first have to thoroughly understand your needs.

What we can do is to visit you, see what you require and understand your business. We then go away and build a demo version of the application to see if we're on the right track. All this is at no cost to you. If you like our demo and what it does, we'll form a specification and confirm our prices. Our CodeGen technology reduces costs by up to 65% over our competitors.

How does FLEX charge for its software?

We operate using an annual licensing fee. FLEX will develop the software and any additional features for free but charge you an annual licence fee for their usage. It means if you decide not to use us for any reason, you can terminate your usage at anytime.

How long does a FLEX solution take to build?

The time it takes us to build an application varies dramatically from project to project. We are however pretty fast compared with our competitors. This is thanks to the innovative CodeGen technology that we have developed over the past five years.

We have a reputation for high quality user driven solutions, so we always dedicate time to exhaustive quality testing procedures and user testing, to ensure a solution that is robust and ready for you to use. The testing phase is can take as little as four weeks, or up to three months depending on complexity.

Can I get a demo?

Of course you can. Since we will be building a software solution bespoke to your business, we can't simply give a downloadable demo for you to try. We will, however, visit you, speak to your users and learn about what you actually require. We will then build you a demo free of charge.

What hardware do I need?

All our solutions are built using Microsoft technologies. To run our applications, you will need a server to host Microsoft SQL Server and individual client PCs. Most PCs built within the last five years are able to run our software satisfactory and do not need state of the art PCs. Our web based solutions can run on both PCs and Apple Macs.

What software do I need and how much will they cost?

FLEX software solutions require Microsoft SQL Server Express and the Microsoft .NET runtime, both of which are free to install and use. We support PCs running Windows XP and above.

Can I add features once the software is built?

Yes, you can. In fact, this happens very frequently. We understand that businesses, the economy and markets are constantly changing - and that you need to adapt to stay ahead of your competitors. The way we work reflects this. If and when you require extra functionality, a new component or an upgrade of features, simply contact us and we'll be happy to update and upgrade your system.
