SiP has been developing advanced software solutions specifically for the Lloyds of London insurance market since 2002 and is regarded as an expert in the field. It regularly receives positive feedback from its extensive client list. FLEX was launched as a sister company to apply the technology that has proved so reliable in the insurance sector to non insurance businesses.

FLEX is a subsidiary of Software in Partnership (SiP). SiP was formed in 2002 by a group of insurance and software professionals who discovered there were no intuitive software solutions dedicated to the Lloyd's insurance industry.

By creating this software from scratch using new technologies, SiP created a solution that is extremely flexible, powerful and extensible. This solution has been updated in line with current technologies and is still in use by a number of large Lloyd's of London Insurers.

During this period of development, SiP created it's CodeGen tool. By using CodeGen to develop our software solutions, we ensure our solutions are future-proof whatever the new advances in technology. To date, we have successfully converted 23 syndicates to SCMS, our Lloyd's of London insurance solution, saving our clients both time and money. These include syndicates from Sherwood's SCEPTRE, Intech's Open Box, Eurobase systems, SBS's Reflection and Markel's Oasis.

All the SiP conversions listed above, were audited by external bodies including PWC and Mazars, who were satisfied with our procedures and techniques. As we are sure you're aware, Lloyd's auditors are keen to see at least one quarter's parallel run.
