The FLEX system built for Fenchurch Communications has really enhanced the way we manage our client information, process orders and track stock. It has enabled us to bring all of our internal processes under one application. Due to the fact that it has been built around such a flexible platform, we have the ability to customise and manipulate information in ways that would have been impossible on our previous system.

In three years we had taken six legacy syndicate applications, built a new core system and converted all the data onto the single new platform, SCMS, Syndicate Claims Management System. In parallel we had also set up a disaster recovery site in another CMGL office where SCMS was replicated. SCMS reduced IT spend and support requirements and gave the business and clients a well received, flexible, robust and accurate platform which reduced overall costs by 65%.

This number speaks for itself, but without the tenacity, can do attitude and refreshing approach of the staff at FLEX then this would not have been achievable.

Since then CMGL have worked on other smaller projects with FLEX who have taken this same proactive and controlled approach which has lead to other successful project completions.

Without doubt I made the right decision in choosing FLEX, they suited both CMGL's and my approach to working and in the end it's always good to prove the doubters wrong.
