LinkEX was developed in partnership with London South Bank University, the leading London University and prefered CPD course provider to the NHS.
London South Bank University's Faculty of Health and Social Care approached FLEX to build them a system that would automate reporting, course
budgeting, resource allocation between departments and management of all their CPD contracts.
LinkEX manages your commissioned courses from trusts/sponsors; maintains communication details for trusts/sponsors, including meeting notes and
attachments; connects to any student database to record enrolment; and delivers detailed reports to help analyse resources.
Automated emailing of reports to trusts/sponsors/heads of department ensures efficient use of staff resources. Reports in specific formats are
automated and sent automatically. In addition, warning emails are sent when business criteria are breached, thus, identifying problems before
they become an issue.
