London South Bank University (LSBU) is a leading university in London providing continuing professional development (CPD) courses to the NHS. In a joint partnership with LSBU, we have developed a product called LinkEX.

This is designed to automate the complex business rules that relate to universities and CPD course management. It will help LSBU to manage their CPD course resources, determine enrolment rates, allocate staff to courses and budget course costs. LinkEX will also enable LSBU to maintain a record of communications with its clients.

Our point of sales system for Fenchurch Communications allows them to monitor their stock and customers more effectively. Working closely with their sales team, we developed a customised version of TradeEX that fitted their requirements perfectly.

The integrated customer relationship management tool allows Fenchurch Communications to report on trends, analyse which products are more successful and manage staff commissions.

FLEX was commissioned to create a complex content management system for the Fisherman's Friend website.

The system allows Fisherman's Friend sales and marketing teams across Eastern Europe to update their own local website while keeping within the corporate branding guidelines of Fisherman's Friend.

It also allows the local web content created to be audited by a web master, before going live. And offers the advantage of having a single website, with multiple languages and content being hosted on a single web server.

HR Insight is a leading HR firm that offers HR solutions to firms who don't want to employ an in-house HR team.

HR Insight has partnered FLEX to support e-HR, an online HR system. FLEX offers HR Insight tools to bulk import staff lists with new clients, SQL database optimisation and telephone support when required.

As an extension to this, FLEX is developing e-HR v2. An advanced online HR system based on the latest Microsoft Silverlight technology. Scheduled for release in August 2010, it will deliver current HR Insight customers even more power to manage staff and streamline complex HR processes.
